To Refund our products you must meet at least one of the below: 

1. With proof of payment, the product that was received was in the incorrect size. 

2. With proof of payment, the product that was received was in the incorrect design. 

3. With proof of payment, the product was not received in 2 weeks. 

4. With proof of payment, the product was damaged in transit. 


You are not able to refund if you do not meet the requirements above and if you are unable to show proof of payment, i.e. receipt.
